A good cooling rack set does more than cool cookies. It roasts crisp wings, drips glaze off donuts and holds bacon in the oven. The best cooling rack sets are oven safe, rust free and fit your sheet pans.

How to Use a Cooling Rack Set
- Cool on the rack, not the pan, so bottoms stay crisp.
- Set the rack in a sheet pan to catch glaze and drips.
- Check that the rack is oven safe before roasting on it.
- Soak in hot soapy water, then scrub with a brush.
- Dry fully to stop rust.
Frequently Asked Questions

Two or more wire racks, often sold with sheet pans that they fit inside. You use them to cool baked goods and to roast or bake food raised off the pan.
